TransfersManager.ai provides premium private transportation services:
- Transfers to/from airports
- Transfers to/from cruise ports
- Transfers to/from train stations
- Point-to-point transfers in the region
- Corporate and business transfers
- Transfers for special events
3. Bookings and Reservations
When making a booking, you agree to:
- Book at least 2 hours in advance
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Specify the correct number of passengers
- Inform about special or additional luggage
- Communicate special needs in advance
4. Payments and Fees
Our payment policies include:
- Secure processing through Stripe
- Fixed rates with no hidden charges
- Additional charges for special services
- Refund policy according to cancellation terms
5. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
✅ Free Cancellation
You can cancel up to 2 hours before pickup and receive a 100% refund.
⚠️ Late Cancellation
Cancellations with less than 2 hours incur a 100% fee.
❌ No Show
Not showing up at the pickup point results in total loss of payment.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
As a passenger, you agree to:
- Behave respectfully and appropriately
- Follow driver safety instructions
- Manage your own luggage responsibly
- Supervise minors during the journey
- Inform about pets in advance
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not responsible for traffic delays
- We are not responsible for weather conditions
- We are not responsible for force majeure events
- Passengers are responsible for vehicle damage
- All our vehicles have comprehensive insurance
8. Data Protection
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and protect your personal information. Data is used solely to provide our services and is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software used on our platform are owned by TransfersManager.ai or our licensors. Unauthorized use of these elements is not permitted.
10. Prohibited Uses
It is prohibited to use our services for:
- Illegal or illicit activities
- Transporting dangerous or prohibited items
- Exceeding the maximum vehicle capacity
- Smoking in the vehicle without authorization
- Causing intentional damage to the vehicle
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately after posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
